The gathering place for LU alumni to wax nostalgic about their glory days and tell current students how easy they have it. Old hags & bright-eyed and bushytailed recent grads both welcome.

Another tampa boy. I think his dad was pastor at Temple Heights Baptist church there, but I could be wrong. At least that last name sounds familiar

This guy was a good friend of mine at the end of my time at Liberty. He is one of the funniest people I know. We both worked together at Kanakuk (www.kanakuk.com) during the summer of 1994. I'm laughing right now when I think about him. Great guy, but I don't remember that he was a singer. That summer I also lived in a tent for a month as a trip leader with 3 other guys. One of them was Pat Green. I used to tell him to put his guitar away and quit crooning. Now he's probably the number one guy in the Texas country music scene (which many Texans consider bigger than Nashville).

Maybe I need to reconsider my music talent evaluation skills???? I guess I need to download some of Thad's music. Has anyone heard any of it?

I admit I didn't realize Pat had any Christian connections. He was playing some pretty clubs in Austin before he hit it big. Cool.
