I did the dumbest thing I've ever done today and I'm lucky I'm not in a hospital right now. I wanted to jump a hill on a 4-wheeler so I gunned it pretty good and then hit the brakes harder than I should've. At the same time, I went from asphalt to grass. Next thing I know I'm flipping over the front of it and the four wheeler is rolling over. I managed to tuck and roll and the four wheeler didn't come down on me either. I got up from it right then with only a scraped up leg and now my chest/neck is a little sore. I'm insanely lucky nothing worse happened. Just goes to show God can be with you even at the stupid times.

That's what mercy is all about ... protecting us from what we deserve.

As great as the praise was, the soreness from afterward sucks, and it's not even the next day yet. I'm glad it's nothing worse, but even this hurts pretty good.

Thankful that is all you ended up with.

It was scary at first, then I realized I wasn't getting hurt and started laughing when I got up, then I realized how bad I could've been hurt and was scared. First wreck of any kind I was ever in.

I'm surprised you didn't crush the thing- just glad the ATV survived its imact w/ you.
