Hey All, I have both a Praise and Prayer request that go hand and hand. First the praise. The Mrs. and I found out today that the offer we submitted on a house we like was accepted. That leads to the request. Please pray that as we get everything together for closing that everything goes smoothly and this continues to be as pleasant an experience as possible. This is our first house and we have been married a little over a year. God has opened some doors and suprised us a little through this process and I hope everything continues to work out. Thanks!

There hasn't been a better time to buy a home in nearly four decades. But the financing has gotten much tougher since the subprime market crashed. We'll have you in our prayers.

having gone through this recently, i know how it is, so i will continue to pray for everything to run smoothly.

Ok, So thanks to all who have been praying. We are set to close on our home tomorrow and we could not be more excited. Everything has gone as easy as it could have to this point. I ask that you continue to pray that for the next 24 hours, everything continues to go smoothly. Thanks again!
