hey guys,
I know I have a discussion about the situation with my sister but I need you guys all ove rthe country to ramp your prayers up to supernatural levels right now...
I just got a call from home and my sister has slipped into a coma and the doctors dont think she will make it the week. She suffered some sort of brain issue between Sunday when she got out of ICU and tonight and she is now on life support.

Well got an update from my mom while I was at Best Buy picking something up...
She has opened her eyes but she will not respond to commands so she is still on the ventilator but its a miracle that she has stayed alive once again (anybody that was on the boards a couple years ago remembers...) Continue praying for her recovery and pray for myself and my family as we work through all this. Im going home next weekend to see my family again after graduation.

Update from mom:
Becky is slowly being taken off the sedation and she is able to breathe on her own, but they had to keep her on the ventilator over the weekend because when they took it out, the tissues in her throat were so swollen that they closed up. They gave her some medication to lessen the swelling so they could remove it hopefuylly today. She still has a long way to go before she is back to normal though. Once she gets over this and he rkidney issues she will be returned to the behavioral medicine ward to work with her psychiatrist.

Good to hear that she's making some progress. My thoughts are still with you and your family.

A definite praise tonight,
Becky was moved out of ICU and into the regular medicine ward. She can now get herself back to full health from there. she does have a trach tube in to help while the swelling in her throat continues to subside.
