Alright ladies and gentlemen, tomorrow(Friday) is gonna be a tough day for me. Ive been seperated for over a year but tommorow is court and its gonna be ugly( wish it wasn't, but those are simply the facts of life). Its at 10:30am, so if you could remember to say a prayer that the judge would make rationale decisions based on the information he was presented i would appreciate it. Im really trying to close a chapter of my life per say, and i really can't wait to get this monkey off my back. Thanks!

Well i thought things could reach at least a settlement yesterday however, it wasn't even close. The case will go to trial on July 30th so a few more months before all is finally said and done. I appreciate all your prayers!

Some how ,some way during depositions today my wife decided she didn't want to drag this out any further. We reached a settlement and everything should be finalized by the end of the month. I probably bent a little too much, but i will just be happy to put this whole situation behind me and move on.

Continued prayer as im currently exploring moving within my company to Richmond va or Nashville TN in the coming months if the right oppurtunity presents itself. It would be a blessing to get a fresh start after being in Lynchburg for nearly 10 years. Im not going to jump at anything but just seeing if its possible at this point. I appreciate all your prayers!

P.S. Medic ill be having a Yuengling tonight and thinking of you brother haha.

And we have a growing FF presence in Houston. Its a very cosy effective place to start anew vitually untouched by the recession.

I wish sly but my company offers too many benefits and perks to leave right now. If my company offered a hub there i might consider it but i would actually like to stay close to the east coast if i can....

ROCKET - I have been on the other side of that. I am my wife's second husband. (Common joke "Gee Mrs Purple, I am so happy to married I should have done it sooner and more often" She LOVES that line LOL) Trust me, you did not bend too much. To move on and get over it is worth just about anything. As long as you were allowed to keep at least ONE Tv and a sofa you are fine!! The second good thing, at least in my case, is that her first husband was such a chowder head that the bar is set REAL low!! How can I screw THAT UP???
