Prayer for my health

Hey guys,

Some of you may know that two years ago I injured my right knee falling down a hill. In that fall I tore my meniscus and partially tore my ACL. Well I have had to put off additional surgery due to my lack of insurance (and my parents cant bankroll reconstructive knee surgery...long story). Well the first day of finals week, I slipped and fell on a patch of ice walking out of my dorm. Now I am experiencing a lot of pain in my right hip when I stand for long periods of time. I do not know what the issue is, but I cannot afford any more serious injuries requiring major surgery because of my lack of insurance...but with the pain in my hip becoming more and more apparent, I may have no choice eventually but I know that Im gonna seriously need some financial help, and some major prayers for my health as well as my finances...I dont want to have to have hip replacement AND reconstructive knee surgery before Im 35

Thanks guys. Im at a point with this where I know Im going to need surgery but I am not in a position to get it done. Im too old to stay on the family insurance (my sister is on it due to her mental handicap I believe), so I just hope I dont blow something out in the meanwhile. These issues with my knee and hip also limit my options for working because I cant stand for long periods of time without having to take breaks frequently so I really hope I can find a desk job somewhere this semester

When you discuss the finances with the doctor(s) and their staff, ask about government assistance. I believe either Lynchburg, or the state of Virginia has financial assistance for situations such as this. I know someone who did this and was able to knock-off nice chunk of the final bill. Let me see if I can get more details and PM you on it.

Just wanted to let you know that I haven’t heard back from my friend, yet, but I’m still working on it. (We're in different states)

Thanks for the help AZ. Once you hear back from him let me know.

A secondary request. I am taking 18 credits this semester. I was just told by my advisor that I am short two classes (one a fall only, one a spring only and the fall class is a prereq for the spring class) plus my internship. Because of that I will not be able to walk in my unless I appealed to the school. I have been at Liberty for 6 years and really want to just be finished at this point.

My fiancee is one class short and she e-mailed Dr. Rist asking for permission to walk. I believe she said that you can have up to 6 hours left and still walk.

BJ - have you checked your PM inbox? I sent a message to you on the 10th. (I'm not sure if you were refering to that) I was working midnights, so it may be a long rambling of incoherent information that I can clarify.
