A Sea Of Red

For those of you that know me- you may recall me mentioning possibly changing careers.

Well, as many of you understand- God's timing is not always what/when you would expect it to be...

having said that- I find myself at a crossroads, and a critical one at that. The decisions I make in the next few weeks (pending the outcome of interviews, applications, etc) will likely set the course of my employment for the rest of my working life.

I view it as a great opportunity- but having spent nearly 20 years in this field, any change is nerve-wracking. Also, the impact on my family could be quite substantial.

Please keep me, my wife and the kids in your prayers.

I've made a similar dramatic change this summer and I couldn't be more pleased. I honestly believe God blesses us for taking "steps of faith".

Prayers from Philly Medic...I am in the great City of Brotherly Love for Thanksgiving. Staying downtown and loving it! I will try to call this weekend to see if a little Medic/job change baby is here. Don't know if we can get together with all the family I have to visit but again, you guys are definitely in my prayers.

been rough the last couple weeks. Guess that's why there's a new police commish coming.

Yes, Chief Wiggum, I mean Chief Ramsey from DC. I didn't think he was very good. I grew up on the mean streets of Philly man. I may be suburban now but I still have my survival instincts

yeah- but you're a lot slower now.

I am praying that the Lord gives you wisdom as you look to possibly make a chinge in direction in your life PA. I know Sly went through (and is still going through Im sure) the same sorts of things when he made a change earlier in the year. May God's will be done no matter what.

important interview coming up this week; would appreciate everyone's continued thoughts/prayers- this is merely step 2 in what will be a month long process.

Big day coming up for me next Monday so please keep me in mind. If successful, I will be starting a major transition come this spring, and will be able to update you guys accordingly.

Also, MrsPA has started a transition of her own and has an important meeting tomorrow. Please pray for us.
