A Sea Of Red

Ok, I haven't been around the past day or two very much because I've been extremely busy. Good news is my wife and I have a contract on a house that we've been hoping to get. That is the praise, and that we were able to get it for the price we wanted and seller is paying all closing costs!

Prayer request is that everything will go smoothly from now until closing. Closing is set for October 15.

Great News JC! I hope it is on the West End closer to us. That would be cool. We have a contract on a new home as well that is contingent upon me getting my next Project Management Contract. I am close on a couple of opportunities too. Congrats Jon.
