Church keeping watch over family

A local youth pastor at Union Grove Baptist Church, his wife and infant son remain at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center Friday after a head-on collision Monday night.

Jeremy Pollard, 26, Tiffany Pollard, 26, and their 1-year-old son, Stephen, of Clemmons, were traveling north on N.C. Highway 150 in a 2007 Kia sedan when a Ford sport utility vehicle driven by Jade Lineberry of Clemmons crossed the center line and hit the Pollards' car head-on.

Prayers from WC & EC

I have some friends who were friends with this couple. I believe I had some youth classes with Jeremy, but I'm not certain. Regardless, from what I've been told, this is a very hard situation right now. Our family has been praying for them this week and any prayers you folks here want to contribute would be greatly appreciated. It's an unbelievably hard situation right now.

A kid I know goes to their church. It's pretty serious.
