As you know, my wife left Saturday to come up here (Michigan) to be with her Mom and siblings. I think I reported (at least to some of you), how I felt God had a reason for my wife coming up early. Anyhow as the time of her mom's death drew near, yesterday, my wife led the family in prayer...committing her mom to God's care in heaven. As her family was all raised and schooled as Catholics, when I inquired about whether a priest was called, my wife's response was something like, "We didn't need a priest, I have a direct line to God." It was truly a blessing and there is no doubt in my wife's mind that her Mom is now home with the Lord.
