What is the Wren Cro?

Something akin to Ronco I would guess. Rotisserie, anyone?

It is the Wren Cross.

Really, Sly? You're kidding. For a second there, I thought that ML might have started obsessing about something else.

I got the sarcasm but I also realize a big chunk of the board has no idea what he was talking about. Frankly I do have some curiosity to see how this plays out.

The Wren Cro is short for the Wren Crow...story received a lot less play but still received my complete obsession. The crow bothered no one yet President Nichol scared him away screaming "BEAT IT PIGEON!!!" The Crow is the holy symbol of the Absaroka out of Billings, MT.

It is the last straw.

Did the crow repeatedly say "Nevermore"? If so, that's no crow; that's a Raven. :P

The predominant language in Williamsburg is now Italian. The folks wanted to mess with the Queen when she arrived in Williamsburg: "Buongiorno la regina d'Inghilterra!"

Does anyone here care about Bill and Mary?

Come on, SJ. There is actually some humorous stuff working in this thread. :)

I'm just tired of hearing about this friggin cross every couple weeks.

Come now SuperJon. Just think that come this September you can actually see the cross behind the glass case it was put under. Some must believe it is more "tolerant" this way.

BTW - You be amazed with what W&M has done with the stadium: http://people.westminstercollege.edu/fa ... 5/col2.JPG

Don't forget to sight see in the Burg. There have been some changes: http://www.gondolacompany.com/g/gondola3.jpg

When I come to W&M all I care about seeing is a team in blue and white playing a team in green and gold. What goes on outside of the football stadium at W&M means nothing from me.

Yoyu are all right, magnolialeague. People with a sense of humor are always welcome.

I do have to say though that the new Laycock Football Operations Center is looking pretty good over at the good ole' Bill & Mary:

BTW, minor gripe: Seems everyone else seems to be able to put roofs on their projects yet LU seems to like the big box wal-mart roofline. What's up with that? (genuine, not sarcastic.) :?:
