So im stressing out right now because i havent been able to register for classes cuz my advisor didnt lift my flag until today even though i met with him a long time ago. However, right when he lifted my flag the business office put a hold on my account because i got a 100 dollar fine for getting 18 reps (all for room cleanliness or missing convo, even though i was actually sick and my room was always virtually spotless, especially compared to my quadmates). But i cant pay that fine until i get home and work and get my first paycheck which wont be until almost end of may. Im already getting letters from liberty asking if i plan on coming back next year since i havent registered, and im just stressing out because i dont want them to take my name off the list of students or anything. I guess i just need pray for calm nerves and for them to not do anything like withdrawing me from school. Thanks, God bless.

while I see that this is a pain in the butt, if I recall correctly, you are a freshman. Your sophmore classes should be easy to get into registering late.

Not true, if he is a business major.

just a guess but he probably didn't get all of the religion classes out of the way this year so those are always open. Plus there's busy 102, busi comms, etc. those are big classes.

I registered the week before classes started when I got here and had a good schedule. It's a pain in the butt, but it's possible.

Since I am often in your situation....go to the teachers you want to get for a particular class and tell them. they will remember you

If you account has a balance of $50.00 or more, than you get a business hold

Have you thought about how you could earn $100.00 before you leave?

I know sometimes if u go to the student services office you can add that $100 to your payment plan for housing and stuff and it will get rid of the hold. Might want to check that out

Going with Sumitup's suggestion...Is there still that place on Fort that buys PLASMA? That might get you part of the $ you need.

hey man, i feel your pain. i'll only be a sophomore next semester, and i had a terrible time getting into anything besides my two 300-level accounting classes. i'd say either go with sumitup's advice, or maybe try what tbgbg said. good luck.

Go talk to a Student Advocate. Their whole job is to help you take care of things like these.

I made regular plasma donations for three years while in school. It started as a great way to get money to go out on the weekend. At the end, it became the diaper fund.

The thing that used to drive me nuts about the plasma place was that, when you went in, they made you give a urine sample in a plastic cup. At the end, they gave you an electrolyte drink in the exact same kind of cup. And guess what color the drink was?

There are ads on the radio about it coming back at the Fort Hill shopping center
