Crap!
He's a WVU fan. Burning couches aren't falling from heaven, so he's still here.
Atrain do you believe there will be a rapture one day.
I'll put it this way: I don't believe there won't be one, but I am not 100% certain there will be one like I was when Left Behind topped the bestseller lists.

I ask because there are so many "new age" books, churches and teachings these days. Hoping you haven’t been fooled by one. Voddie Baucham told a interesting story at Liberty convocation a couple weeks ago, about a lady he was seated beside on a flight. Its archived, check it out.

Baucham should be on the board of directors at LU. He also has three daughters enrolled in LU online.

Speaking of convocation, what a great man Tony Dungy is. He was awesome also. His is worth a listen also.

Yes, I think most of us on the message board are well aware of your fascination with Voddy Baucham.

As a lutheran it's certainly interesting to see the sometimes wildly different theological perspectives in here.

I'd caution against staking this warning on a teaching that itself is less than 200 years old. I'm not saying that makes it wrong, but not something worth drawing a line in the sand around.

Best friend is a very conservative Catholic. Seems they say "we will be caught up". Whatever you call it, be ready it will happen quickly.

Expect it when you least expect it. Studying it is one thing. Arguing about it and making it some kind of indicator of one's salvation is a dangerous slippery slope.
