For my daughter

My daughter is almost 2 years old and has been so healthy compared to some of the horror stories I have heard. Anyways the past week she has been sick with fever. She seems fine this weekend but took a turn for the worst las night and we had a long night. We are taking her in tomorrow and I know it seems very minor but prayers would be appreciated. She has gotten sick from time to time but always rebounded well so this is not like her at all.

Thanks guys.

Praying as well. Taking Michael for his first trip to his new pediatrician tomorrow for his 6 month healthy baby checkup. Its the same doctor that my three sisters and I had growing up.

Leave it to Beejay to turn a prayer request thread into a thread about himself.

back on track here... you got it

always kinda scary when your little one goes down like that

watching and not being able to do anything gets frustrating

hang in there!

It is tough watching your little ones fighting illness, whether they are 6 months or 6 years or 16 years. Believing you got a good report today from the doctor postie.

Thanks for the prayers guys. She has bronchitis and an ear infection but should be fine. The new challenge is getting her to take he medicine. She is very strong willed.

The good news is she is still sleeping this very second so thank God for that.

testify

we ended up finding stuff to mix it in.

amoxicillan mixes pretty well with Dora yogurt

nyquil mixes pretty well with grape juice

double the dose(s) of each and it accounts for the amount they spit out.

triple the dose of nyquil and you get a good nite sleep too.

glad to hear things are improving, good luck!

Yeah we have started mixing but she is catching on. My wife sent me a message this morning and she is refusing everything. Good times. Feel bad for my wife. At least I get a break going to work. She doesn't have the luxery

Id talk to the doctor and see if there are any alternatives that can be had that are more appealing to that young of a palate while still maintaining the desired medical results. Praying for your wife as well.
