Thanks for your insights, jmdickens. I have been following this story in the news for several years now. We'll be praying for him in this current situation.

This is one of the rare times I will come out and call it an agenda through the legal system. 5 Supreme Court judges removed themselves from making a decision because they couldn't make a decision without being bias.
The administrator Stanton Hazlett who recommended the dismissal of Kline's license shouldn't even have a say in the matter since he is facing his own 12 count indictment. It is a mob squad by a few individuals to basically send a message to anyone challenging the legitimacy of Planned Parenthood that they will be stomped into the ground.
Conspiracy, no. But upholding the current law in Kansas favors Kline. I am praying the Supreme Court doesn't move away from it either.
ETA: Kline has a brilliant daughter and LU needs to keep her around. Cider. Get on that.
