A Sea Of Red

Hey folks,

I'm requesting a general prayer for my family. It's been a rough month and a half. We started vacation a few weeks ago with the news that my wife was pregnant with our second child and ended the week in the ER finding that she had miscarried.

Secondly, she's slated to lose her job tomorrow in corporate restructuring. Unfortunately, on my salary alone as an associate pastor, we cannot stay in our current house without secondary income. We're praying for something, anything, job-wise to pop up.

Finally, we're saddled with some additional medical bills that we thought we were going to have a little more time pay off but looks like that isn't going to be the case.

All around, it really stinks in the TDDance household. We're holding on to the faith that we love so dearly but I'll admit, the times are trying.

I hesitate to share all of this elsewhere but I've come to know this as a safe haven, and despite the differences we share, we share the common bond of Christ.

You can count on my prayers here in Texas. I've witnessed the devastating toll losing a baby can have on a family. I'll be praying for physical & emotional healing as well as financial provision.
