Prayer for housing

As you are no doubt aware, I am getting married soon and have been on the hunt for a place to call home for myself and my soon to be wife. I had hoped to rent what will soon be TTL's former place but someone with a bigger wallet cut in front of me and put a deposit down while I was talking to the husband of the woman running it. Now here we are three weeks before our big day and we are right back at square one as far as finding a place to live. All prayers and any assistance with that would be most appreciated and coveted

Are you guys planning on living in Lynchburg?? There never seemed to be a shortage of affordable rentals when we were still living there. I can't imagine much as changed.

For sure. I don't think you will have a problem but you should probably get something locked up soon before students come back and lock their places in. We lived in The Timbers when we first got married. Not the nicest that Lynchburg has to offer but it was good enough and the price was right.

Got a couple prospects I'll be following up on tomorrow. I had hoped to start making plans to move into the place in the OP but you saw how that turned out

BJ - I think there is an opening at Liberty Ridge. Those are few and far between. Moving truck was here today.

There is someone new in charge, Jane Atkins (jatkins20 AT liberty.edu). I don't want to quote you a price in case things have changed, but it is well worth looking at. The unit I am thinking of has a 1 car garage, 2 bath. Each of the units are slightly different, so I don't know this ones layout otherwise.

I may forever regret this Beej but I might have a place that would be a good fit for everything you're looking for.

Goodness, this could turn out to be a year to remember for you. Or the year you decided to get out of real estate.

I think this is a good business move on your part. Your client has been running wild lately so I think it is a great idea for you to reel him in a bit, haha
