That one of our player's mother died in a car accident on the way home from tonight's game. Don't want to say who in case I am wrong and wouldn't want to put that on anyone. Just say a prayer until official word is out.

Prayer request for Devon Brown on the LU girls basketball team. We found out after the game last night that her Mom died suddenly from a heart attack on the way down to the game. There is always a large section of 'Brown fans' at the ladies games. This is a very close extended family.

Terrible. Prayers for Devon and her family.

Praying for Devon. Wonder if she is on the bus headed to Nashville?

My first thought was that I hoped it wasn't Devon's mom. I know she's had health problems but that just sucks. I hate this.

Prayers are being sent out to Devon and her family from here in Houston. Losing a parent is awful under any circumstances.
