Yeah, definitely keep these two families in your prayers. One officer's wife was expected to have her baby anytime now and the other had four kids. They caught the girl suspect, but not the guy yet.

Is this news around the country? For whatever reason I'm really surprised this is on FlameFans..... being this happened in Tampa.

it was talked about in another thread...but I live in tampa...but I'm out of town right now...but my wife told me all about it..such a sad story...I guess a lot of roads were closed this morning which made her getting to work a challenge..cops get treated like crap there...its kind of sad...

all of this because the kid didn't want to go to jail for check fraud...now he is going to get the book thrown at him for killing 2 cops and on top of that have a crying window with a newborn to pretty much guarantee the death penalty...at least i would think...smooth

There's no way he's arrested only for check fraud. 2:30 AM in that area with a gun in a nice car? Sounds like a coke middle man moving product. And if he's got stuff in that car, he's gone for good.
