A Sea Of Red

So, much has been made in recent week about the Manhattan Declaration (http://manhattandeclaration.org/images/ ... ration.pdf) and its list of signatories (http://www.manhattandeclaration.org/lis ... ignatories) (which includes Jonathan Falwell). It's causing a lot of the usual debate in evangelical circles over the degrading of the Gospel by the inclusion of Catholics and Orthodox as gospel Christians.

Any thoughts? Does this even matter? Should this have been better thought out? Or does anyone even care?
