I'm on my iPhone so hopefully someone else can post the story and link, but matt Chandler who is a pastor we have discussed on here several times had a ceisure on Thursday and as a result they found a tumor in the frontal lobe of his brain. He is scheduled for surgery on Friday, and so prayers are needed for this situation. Though he has only been on campus once, he has a pretty big influence on quite a bit of those in classes today

This is a very serious situation. They haven't determined if the tumor in his brain is malignant yet. They'll have a biopsy from the surgery.

He is one of the most influential young Evangelicals in America. He is much more of a Liberty type of guy than most leaders today.

Chandler, 34, collapsed of a seizure at home on Thanksgiving morning. He's to undergo surgery Friday for a brain tumor.

An update on the church Web site late Tuesday said that his surgeon, Dr. David Barnett, was uncertain whether the tumor is malignant, and a biopsy will be performed as part of the surgery.

theres a couple more hours of surgery right now, they are removing a very significant part of his right frontal lobe. hopefully not much damage comes from it. please continue praying
