Keep Coach in your prayers. He had a minor stroke yesterday in the weight room. Sounds like he'll be coming home today or tomorrow though so that's great news to hear.

Wow.....I saw him LaHaye that day around lunch time coming in to workout. I was just finishing up & he was just staring. Unreal.

Anyone have any updates on Coach Castro? Was he able to go home this weekend?

I ran into Coach Castro this morning running at Blackwater Creek. He said he is feeling way better and the test results at the hospital were positive. He also wanted me to thank everyone for the prayers.

That was my first guess or a traditional anxiety attack. They tend to hit guys in our age bracket more frequently now than ever. Then again I have no medical training whatsoever. Nevermind.

transient ischemic attack

Mini-stroke

That is true...I think I heard though that once youve had a mini stroke (or a couple), those could be a precursor to a much bigger one. I pray that does not happen to Coach Castro...
