From the article.
"A self-described Christian 12-year-old boy who dared post his views on same-sex marriage on the popular Internet video site, YouTube, has since been ridiculed and insulted by tens of thousands of comments that attack the boy, his sexuality and his faith.
This little guy needs the prayers of the Liberty Community.
Warning the comments get vicious.

He is twelve. His arguments are circular and he clearly hasn't had enough time to think about it. Nor does he have the capacity to take positions at this point in his life. Really sad that 1) he felt he needed to put this up for whatever reason 2) that everyone is posting like they are. All around bad situation.
I don't know what he expected. Here is a link of the Paul McCartney singing "Yesterday" and the comments have devolved into a debate about war. YouTube comments get really bad and off-base, really fast.

YouTube comments are truly one of the toilets of the Internet. It's why I never allow ratings, comments or video responses when I use YouTube. It's just asking for trouble.

Ratings I don't care about, but i delete most of the bad language when people use it on my videos.
