after waiting a couple of months I finally got my ship out date and job...I will be leaving March 24th and my job will be Communications: computer system control

the job is a lot of different things, doing everything from fixing simple computer problems, fixing computers, to encrypting electronic files that are classified...

the last part is the coolest part to me...

anyways, there are a lot of good jobs that line right up with this job in the civilian world, which is great...

I am excited about it, should be fun....will need to get a better job to last me until March, so hopefully something works out with that

Let's just say I know a guy who is about to get out of the Army after his 4-year commitment. He's a Captain.......his MOS is very similar to yours. His new job, which he already has waiting on him, will pay him $160K/year............he's only 26.

yeah, I did research on a lot of the jobs and this was one of the ones i put on the top of the list because I knew it would convert well for a civilian job...I'm not expecting that kind of money...but decent money for sure

I hate to do this...i think I always hate asking for prayer for some reason...but anyways...as I said I am leaving in March for basic training in San Antonio...but between now and then i really need to find another job...I have been working for a cleaning company basically all through college and hours have been cut back and i really need another job offering anywhere from 25-30 hours a week...

I am heading out right this second to fill out applications and all of that kind of thing...so prayers that something works out soon as there are some bills coming up that really need to get paid...thanks!

I got a job today! nothing glamorous, but something that will help pay the bills until I leave in March. This job, along with the part time job I still have, will provide plenty for the time being...thanks for the prayers, and I will keep you guys updated once the Air Force thing gets going
