Hey guys,
I appreciate all of you that have been praying for my family (in particular my older sister) who is still on the long road back from being in a coma for 25 days back a year or two ago. She is still a long way from being back to normal and I need you to pray that she continues to get better. One of the downsides of her mental state being as altered as it is now is that she has undergone a regression of sorts. She looks 26 but she acts about 11-13. She mouths off at mom and dad, she attakcs myself and the other two sisters (sometimes in public), she does not do what she is told when she is told to, and a host of other things that no 26 year old in their right mind would do. Pray that she can get herself right and hopefully get right with God as well as a result of this.
Additionally, when I woke up this morning, I tried to walk and my right knee, which I injured in 2005, buckled under. I had to use crutches to get around at church today. Im just praying I can make it through the next few weeks, much less this semester. Im going to talk to my dad this week about signing off on my handicapped permit paperwork so that I can get that done before I return to school and so I can get around easier until I can see my orthopedist in Lynchburg. I really do not want to get more surgery right now because of my personal financial situation (and lack of insurance) so I really could use a bunch of prayer for that as well as the situation with my sister.
