Our Christian foundation is what makes our university unique. This is the place to bring prayer requests, discuss theological issues and how to become better Champions for Christ.
My sister is a LU alumn. She leaves on Monday 02/06 to go to Haitii with a non profit organization for a year. She will be in Port-au-Prince. She is 23 years old, and its her first trip of this magnitude. She would appreciate prayers. Its crazy down there.
I was the favorite child. I got dragged off the top of that pole pretty fast with a move like that by my sister. But I am proud of her.

Tell her to hook up with some of the folks at the Baptist Haiti Mission. I worked with one of the families that runs it now when we were all out in Hawaii. If she gets to know the Lieb's, she'll be in good hands with folks who have been there for 7-8 years now.
If the college you visit has a bookstore filled with t-shirts rather than books, find another college. —Al Mohler
