This was just posted by his dad on Facebook:
Donna and I would like prayer for our son Randy. He's currently on business in Papua New Guinea and just emailed that he's urgently ill at 4:30 am .. with no access to a doctor for another 2-3 hours. Thank you for your prayers!!
Praying for your health, healing, and recovery, Sly.

Thanks for the prayers, guys. PNG is the last place on earth I would want to have kidney stones. But then again, I can't think of a good place. I'm on a large cocktail of meds due to fears of infection in a bacteria-infested place. Your continued prayers are greatly appreciated.

Update on Sly's condition from his dad:
Here's a brief note from our son Randy sent at 9:15 am Wednesday morning, PNG time (about 45 minutes ago). " I am back training today while still a little sore and woozy. But on the whole, I feel like I am on the road to recovery." Thanks for you prayers! He has a couple more days as trainer in PNG before more days next week in Australia. He'll be back in the States on the 28th.

Thanks for all of the prayers! I'm feeling strong again and if not for the side effects of the meds, I'd be at full strength.

I fly out to Australia in 24 hours and I am REALLY looking forward to being back in civilization. I hope to check out Hillsong Church in Melbourne on Sunday.

Thanks again for the prayers. God answered them and I am appreciative.

Thanks again for all of the prayers. I am close to 100% & thrilled to be back in civilization in Melbourne (which is a very under-rated city). I was even strong enough to attend my first ever Aussie Rules Football game Saturday night. Other than really missing my wife & kids (how did anyone travel from their families before Skype?), I am good to go.

My wife's TexMex delicacies, of course. It is tough to find a decent taco in the South Pacific. And you can forget about burritos. Which reminds me, Freebirds must be on the agenda for me tomorrow. God Bless America!
