TRBC's pastor led in prayer before the Sprint cup race at the monster mile. He made the most of the opportunity, giving a brief but clear presentation of the gospel in his prayer. Anyone know if he is up there for something else? I wouldn't think he would miss a service at TRBC just to do that.

He was up there for the invocation and Charles B did God Bless America. They flew up there from NC after being at the NRA convention that morning (that is how Charles explained it at choir practice on last Wednesday). It was pretty cool to turn on WYYD and hear him getting introduced. Charles also did a stirring God Bless America. I heard one of the radio announcers say "thatll get anyone fired up" or something like that after he finished.
