Hi all! I just found out that I have a herniated disc in my lower back. Being a fireman, this really puts a damper on my work! I'm going to try an epidural steroid injection so hopefully that will stave off any surgury. Please pray for healing. I've been dealing with this since July. Thanks.

Ok I got my shot! I'd say it has helped with alot of my pain! woo hoo! I still have some, but I'm praising God that most of it has eased up. Thanks so much for all of your prayers, and for continued healing.

You are right PA, I am sheltered from alot of the grunt work! It has saved me from missing any work. 14 years and still no sick time used!
