There are a slew of picture hosting sites out there where you can upload your pics off your hard drive and then get a URL. You then put the URL address between AND.

Most everybody on this site including me tend to use http://imageshack.us but there are a slew of options.

I prefer Flickr. It's free for a certain amount of uploads per month and has the nicest options of any image hosting site out there.
