The Converse Weapons were the sneaker of choice for a small town guy from French Lick Indiana. The other guy that wore them was a kid from East Lansing that had a tiny rivalry with the kid from French lick. Together they won 8 NBA championships and are credited with re-vitalizing their sport. Can you name them? 3 seconds... Times up. Deal? Or no Deal? (spoken like Howie Mandel). Speaking of deals, HMO I have hated nearly every pair of Jordans Nike ever made but I have a new pair of his latest now and I like them.

haha SCAR when you mentioned Howie that brought a very funny story to my mind from A.C, but I have been buying Jordan's since I was like 10, my lastest pair was the retro XIV from my freshmen year in H.S.. they are inside the top 3 of my favorite all-time Jordan's

If I remeber correctly that style of Jordan was made from IGuana skin, not snake! Love the shoes though, they were my favorite Jordan style. I was personally a FORCE fan of the NIKE line, but any hoopster worth their salt in the 80's were all about the adidas Top 10.
