Glad I put up my wipers on the car! Officially under a tornado watch...and it looks like serious stuff is coming our way.

VERY impressive hook echo west of Gretna on Channel 10 Radar. Unlike OTHER local channels, 10 stayed with the weather coverage.

the one channel that I was wanting to watch tonight. It was kind of funny to watch the power struggle between the one dude who was so into THE ROTATION and the other dude who was in charge was dying to throw it back to regularly scheduled programing. I think he was feeling the heat from the locals demanding The Office.

Hosing will be kept to a minimum.
CJ it's not being scooped on weather it just gets into their Western part of the viewing area first.
We killed them on the huge fire and the bus crash anyway!

Why didnt we use the official "Run to Wal-mart" or whatever the name of the thread was that LUconn started...that was the official weather thread of FlameFans and even had an updating radar!

Yeah...I was pretty ticked.
They could have just scrolled info at the bottom, then when a twister actually touched down, switch to the weather. You don't just sit there for 30 mins rehashing the same info, hoping for something to change.

We got so many comments about the weather coverage and the fact that we covered up 10 minutes of Tina Turner on Oprah with Fire coverage that I haven't heard any about the Groping yet. More messages to hear though.

channel 10 is dumb. they cut out the office, their best show, to show a radar map for 20 minutes. flashing a thing at the bottom saying "you're about to get hit by a tornado! take your tv to the basement!" would have been sufficient

I didn't think that trailers had basements.
