For the first 15 years of his life, Jeff Burnham awoke every morning to the sound of his father's Cessna airplane taking off as the family of five adventured across the Philippines.
His father flew missionaries to primitive locations, delivered groceries and emergency medical supplies and even served as the village fix-it guy.
Now, Burnham is working to follow in his father's footsteps.
He is one of only 30 students in the missions aviation program at Liberty University, one of only a handful of colleges nationwide to offer the specialty.
