Jr. Announced today in convo that they are turning half of the third floor of demoss into more library space for students to study in.

He also said that there will be a new , large student lounge next to lahaye center with a stage and cafe and more couches and tv's that is going to begin being built but probably wont be done by fall?

Doesn't he know that Demoss can't structurally support weight on the 3rd floor!?! He needs to check with the students around campus before making these decisions.

I can't believe they're spending money on the 3rd floor! They should have spent that money on 4 used trailers and put them in the courtyard.

And the students cheered much louder for the lounge than they did for the library. vs.

I actually had to argue with some kid in a class to convince him that that wasn't true....

I remember arguing with a kid a year ago because he said we should be investing in the Library rather than our sports programs, and he finished his argument with "Because no one cares and sports are pointless." Then I slapped him.
