Thanks. I only posted this b/c this is not a head for the hills (or Wal-Mart) and prop up your wipers sort of situation. I will certainly respect LUconn Cornelius and his winter weather thread.

So...do I need to put up my wipers or not?

You'll need to turn them on and then turn the car off while in mid wipe. Being in that position makes them less likely to blow your fuses if a tornado hits your car.

That's funny. But on a serious note, what position should I have my wipers in should the 'Cloverfield' monster attack?

It depends, do your side mirrors tilt inward or are they fixed?

My side view mirrors are imaginary.
