Will has been a weather nerd since as far as I can remember, and according to him, his whole life. He actually was (if memory serves me correctly), one of the weather people for the Lynchburg College student news or something. What I have seen of him doing the weather, the man knows his stuff and does his research, but doesn't have the crazy personality of say...a.Jim Cantore lol
