I've got a couple of people that are particularly hard to shop for left, but that's about it. The gifts I'm responsible for are here. Wrapping them is another story.

Agreed. Their catalogue sits right next to the Bible on my bedside table.

We'll call ourselves "The RAW Setting". The club manual will include the untranslated Seputagint and the serial cracks of every Photoshop plug-in known to man.

At the very least, we could start a lens sharing deal. Glass is too expensive.

I've got the standard 18mmx55mm and the 55mm to 200mm, both Canon.
I do scenic and field portraits on the side.

The EF-S 18-55mm kit lens is sooooo bland. I wish I had just purchased the camera body and another lens.
Word on the Interweb is that Canon is replacing the XTi in January and that it'll come with the new EF-S
18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens.
My Canon 50mm f/1.8 II is my favorite. The "thrifty fifty". It'd be of little to no use for landscape stuff, though.
Great shots, by the way. I'm completely amateur, but I think I'm somewhat getting the hang of it. All I ever take is candid/portrait stuff.

They have a 17 to 85 IS lens I'm interested in, but it's way out of my cash flow zone.
