This is why I am not in Florida any more, is this time of year. I love it.

Florida actually had it's first cool of the season today; it got in the mid 60's all day after being in the upper 80's all week. it was weird stepping outside this morning

No snow...apparently the La Nina that is forming out in the Pacific Ocean is going to make it warmer than normal

Hold off the freezing temperatures until I get out of town. I knew it was risky to travel this far north after Labor Day.

the 4 years I spent living in Maine have me snowed out....when we moved back down to Florida I could've gone my whole life without seeing anymore snow...then I came to school here...though the winters seem shorter every year...and are nothing compared to Maine winters...
the point in all of this is to say I could go without freezing temperatures and be completely happy

Freezing temps are good for one thing, and one thing only: snow...which equals fun. Otherwise, I'd prefer it to be above 55.
