I can't believe I haven't driven on that part of 221 or Perrowville in that long. I just came across it today.
It's farther from my place than the Wards Road location, but I'm thinking I'd probably save some time round-trip because the Wards Road Sonic is always so crowded and the service is slow (and often inaccurate).

Where on 221 is it? I live near the Subway.

That's true. It's always a gamble for me to either take a car port or the drive thru. The drive thru is normally a little faster.

I only get drinks at Sonic. I think the food tastes like cardboard.

I highly enjoy Sonic food. Unfortunately, I do not enjoy the susequent 4-hour near death experience.

It's on the corner of 221 and Perrowville Road.

Is that digesting the food or driving through the traffic & construction on 221?

Yeah, the Wards Road location is horrible. The second-to-last time I went there I was overcharged and got the completely wrong order (I didn't find this out until I got home). I called the manager up and she offered me a free meal and put the drive-thru worker on the phone to apologize to me, which was kind of awkward.
The last time I went was to get my free meal. They messed up that order too, but I didn't complain because it was free.
I imagine the Forest Sonic gets packed right after school and at certain times in the evening and on weekends, but I went there around lunch time today and was through the drive-thru in about five minutes. Beats my 15-20 minute average anytime I go to the Wards Sonic.

The Sonic on Wards has the slowest service of any fast food place I've been to. The drive thru is like a minimum 15 minute wait, and several times they've messed up my order. If only hardees and mcdonalds would get on the ball and offer breakfast all day, I could avoid sonic altogether.

i've only been to the Lynchburg Sonic twice. both times I went there was maybe 1 or 2 other vehicles there and I thought the speed of our service was reasonable. i've never been at "peak times."

Hardee's breakfast all day would be awesome.

i second that, as long as i don't go to the hardees on timberlake. i went there one time to get a biscuit. the guy in front of me orderd a breakfast bowl. they gave it to him and it wasnt even half full. he said he wanted it filled up more. the manager told him that it wasnt going to happen. he demanded his money back. the manager then told him "you're just going to have to wait then mister." it took me abosut 20 minutes to get jus tone biscuit. i told the cashier to tell the manager "i'm never going to come back to this restaurant" and the cashier said "i'll tell him but he isn't going to care."
