A lawyer representing a group of nine Randolph College students challenging the school's decision to admit men argued for the Virginia Supreme Court to grant an appeal Monday morning in Richmond.
The lawsuit, which Lynchburg Circuit Judge Leyburn Mosby Jr. dismissed in January, alleges that the school breached an implied contract with students by adopting coeducation.

actually, I rescind that.
go ahead. Grant the appeal. In fact- go ahead and DEMAND that they go back to "no men allowed". IDIOTS
Jerry Jr. will buy the place for 10 cents on the dollar in another 3 years and have yet another campus to play with.
actually, make that the new LCA- boarding school.
