I've made reference to it several times the past couple of months, but I'm bringing my family through Lynchburg this weekend. We'll arrive late Saturday night and leave Monday afternoon. Yeah I know it is Spring Break ... its Spring Break in Texas as well and that's why I'm on the road.

Anyway I am making plans with Scar to meet up at TRBC Sunday morning. I'm also possbly going to catch the first few innings of the baseball game Monday afternoon before heading north.

If any of you who are not leaving town would like to catch up, let me know.

Sly, i plan on staying at scarborough manor saturday night and gojng to TRBC sunday. i look fwd to seeing you and the sly fox clan!

I completely understand those of you being out of town. It is spring break after all.

In the meantime, I am going to be offline for the better part of the next week and a half. Hopefully we can all be on our best behavior. Let's try to avoid the recent "discussions" and lets try not to have "IP" used in anyone vocabulary for awhile. If we're all showing respect to one another none of that comes into play.

We're finally home in Texas from our long & winding road. I'll try to give a report on our short time in Lynchburg soon.

I intend to be back as soon as I can work out the details. Perhaps if I can arrange some type of media training up in Virginia I can make it to a football game this fall. Dare I dream?

Yeah, I would love to meet more of you guys in person the next trip through town. Now that I have a grandfather living there off Old Graves Mill Road I have a built in excuse to come back to campus.

I generally only go to DFW when I absolutely have to (i.e. work sends me). Now if you re in Austin or Houston, let me know.

As for real cowboys, there are plenty in both states.

Tell you what, we have some friends in Houston my Wife wants to see and I will try and get down there on that trip to Texas. I will try and catch up with you then. I will be in touch and look forward in seeing you.

Sly just got back from Chi-town and have been away for a few days. It was great to meet you and take you around campus, it's changed a ton over the last few years... Hopefully you will be able to get back and catch Rocco and Company during the 06 Season
