did you guys on campus all participate?

I had it sitting in my in-box for the last week and finally tried it out. whoo- lots of fun THERE.

at least it looks like they're trying to get some feedback and hopefully take the ideas into consideration.

I remember a thread here where some of you were jonesing for more eating establishments up at north campus- here's your chance to "tell the man"

forgot the link- in case anyone was disappointed to NOT see it :D

n/m- after you complete the survey, the link is dead.

wouldn't want anyone stacking the results.

On a side note, the new Pizza Hut in the Hangar is awesome.

If we can get a place somewhat like the Hangar but with real restaurants in that new book store like is being proposed it would be huge.

that's exactly the kind of input they asked for at the end of that survey

ask someone on campus to give you a "virgin" link

Haha, you said virgin.

If I'm not mistaken, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and one other (KFC maybe?) are owned by the same company. If they were to put a Taco Bell and KFC in the new one they would rake in the cash.

Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC and Long John Silver's.

The Hangar was originally going to be several fast food joints (including Chick Fil A) until Sodexho stepped in. Apparently we forgot about a few of the clauses regarding exclusivity in our contract with them. I'm not sure under what terms Pizza Hut moved in, but the more vendor variety, the better. Sodexho is so 1995-2005.

i filled out the survey....i pretty much said at the end what many others on here have already said..more outside vendors and such, and told them the pizza hut was a great addition

at one time this summer while working for building services there was talk about when they expand the computer lab to the third floor of demoss there will be a food court up there as well...but i won't believe that one til i see it

any chance this survey could tie into some concessions at the vines?

by Hold My Own
I think that deserves it's own survey...that's just nuts...I remember when we both attempted to get something to eat, heck we would have missed the 2nd half

by bigsmooth
yeah...that is gonna irritate me till it's dealt with.

and when that's solved just look up at the lonely row of seats...I feel irritation coming from you for quite sometime

I think they planted that row of yellow so that they could harvest them to replace any broken yellows. Much like they've done with the blues that they planted above the tunnel. You guys really don't know anything about agricultural facilities management do you?

no im not VT grad LUconn :D with all the storage we have at north campus, there is no reason for the "blue seat graveyard" and that stupid row of yellow seats. HMO, i do not need this today :D

My roommate works with Sodexho and he said that all of their staff was up at the football games, and then when they got to the basketball game, they realized they had left things like the popcorn maker up at the stadium. Blame Sodexho for this one.

Liberty Dining Services....some girl that works for them got mad at me because i kept calling it Sodexo.....I guess its no longer run by Sodexo, it is now Liberty Dining Services, or something like that

good to know...I waited 15 minutes to get a drink and nachos...and the nachos were terrible, so i decided that it wasn't worth standing in line ever again
