I just wanted you all to know that we bought a new 3 bedroom townhouse on Leesville Rd. We intend to use it primarily as an Air BNB. We close in January and hope to have it up and running by March. I have been running one for three years down in Texas after getting inspired by a VRBO we visited regularly in Lynchburg. We are currently scouting our next one. Let me know if you want any counsel.
