Whats the deal with it? they built it, its all there, how come its never open?

I wonder that myself. This summer while working for building services we set up an event they held in there...they don't have hardwood floors, they have this ugly tile crap gym floor...but its all done inside and everything so I am not sure what the deal is with that

possibly a permitting issue? that is often the case with zoning regs- mixed use occupancies

They have RDs already living in the apartments...wish that the gym was open, its long overdue and we need it now more than ever since we can't drive to North.

from what i saw this summer you will still be wanting to go to lahaye even if you have to take the bus...
