Don’t look at me. I was just pointing out that the law says anyone holding a cigar in those pictures who was under 21 was breaking the law. It’s also a stupid law. But a law nonetheless

Seems like folks do not know the difference between common and maritime laws. Reason why laws for decades have been easily overlooked. That's a discussion for another day, not on this forum though
