A Sea Of Red

I have heard that development may be coming to this area, i.e. hotels, eating places, etc.
Also a road is being built from Indoor Track area down to Odd Fellows Road.
This area appears to be ideal for development, excellent location, and access to LU.

That's all information that was given when the interchange construction was in the development stage.

I may have heard about it a couple years ago and forgotten, or maybe I didn't hear about it until yesterday.
