Did he lose the LU precinct though is my question. If he is as roundly disliked as the students who spawned the petition say, wouldn't it stand to reason that he would lose the general there as well given his poor performance in the primary?

Who cares. This is about Trumps Victory Tour. LU didn't win him anything. He's going to the States where he won. Especially the swing States. Had Jerry been able to deliver VA he probably would have been the Commencement speaker. (As it is it will probably be Pence)
