Passing of WSET's John Organ

Old timers will remember John Organ, who was the weekend sports anchor (when Dennis Carter had the night off) for WSET. John passed away today after a battle with cancer.

That's so sad. I remember that his wife also died a number of years ago. Tough for his kids I'm sure. John was one of the most enthusiastic reporters that there was, especially when it came to hockey season. Praying for his family.

John goes to my church, and this was a surprise. He had battling cancer for a little while, but he seemed to have been recovering and on the upswing. A lot of people are going to miss him, but he's now in a place to be envied.
