In fairness, I believe they do actually work for the University.

What was our return on that "investment" ?

Noticed that all people whose least name begins with "F" make less in toto than Randy Smith...it could be worse. I wonder if those "jobs" are paid based on competitive wage scales. Being a ministry, I'm sure they are treated much like the Faculty.

They used to spend a lot more. There return is appropriate. They fill up their application queue using this tool - so it justifies itself. Takes money to make money, especially in this day and age.

In the grand scheme of the entire budget, I agree it's an appropriate number. It's just crazy to see $17 million next to Google on that form.

Just thankful you don't see an agency name on there for that much and at least know that we are buying that direct and not spending millions to create creative through an agency. I feel better seeing Google there, knowing they don't get paid unless the clicks are there.

I actually had the thought of how much an agency would make off that much of an ad spend. Like you, I'm glad we're working with Google directly.

There are a couple that surprise me: Nasser and Randy Smith. Why we're paying the VP of Spiritual Development $378k is astounding. Plus they built him a house on the mountain. I figured the COO would make more.
