I'm not saying Director of Student Health Records isn't an important job, but isn't that a step or 2 down from Dean of Students?

I think the position change for Pastor Anderson is more so he can take care of his church, and less a byproduct of the situation leading to Dr Godwin's resignation/removal/whatever you want to call it. He was actually pretty good in the Dean's Office (personally Im glad that it wasn't someone within the dean's office promoted to the position)

I think you may have hit on it BJ. Being Dean of students while pastoring a church would be pretty tough (although a certain diminutive Irishman did a pretty good job of it back in my day).

He was the pastor of my church before he was Dean... Loved Dobson!
